Blocked for spam?

We’re a little upset with Facebook. we are blocked for “spam” how? I have dozens other fan pages for other things and never once been blocked for spam. we’re not spammers. we contacted them hoping we can have our account back. also, we might e-mail Facebook directly. we are very upset by this. as we know. are fans are.
