Twitter adds extra security for your account!

Twitter added a feature that Facebook and Youtube have had for quite some time. where you add your cell phone number so it;s harder to hack ones account. to do this.

1. click the gear icon

2. go to settings

3. add your phone number

4. then the word “GO” or something smilier and a 1 to 6 digit number.

5. text that on your phone and wait to get verified and once approve. you added an extra layer to keep hackers away from your account.

how does this work? well everyone these days are always caring their phones. so, with that said. your phone is a key to your account. when Twitter doesn’t recognize. a computer or someone in your account. you will get a text from Twitter and from there able to control your account more easly and securely.
